So yesterday morning I am sitting at the red light, waiting to turn onto the freeway to head to work. All the sudden I notice the guy in the car behind me jumping out of his car and running up to my car. Hmmm... seems strange at 8:00 in the morning on a Monday. Keep in mind that we had just been hit with 13 inches of snow, the roads were still awfully sloppy, it was cold, we are on Hwy 96, where the speeds are at least 45mph.
Anyway... I roll my window down and he asks me if I realize that my tire is flat. I say "no." "Yeah, your right back tire is almost flat." "Oh, shit... thanks for letting me know." So I pull out of the turn lane into the nearby gas station. Sure enough, it was almost completely flat. First time with this car of 4+ years. I had plenty of flat tires with my previous three cars, but this one was different... this car doesn't slump as much with a flat tire. So I had no clue it was flat. Luckily it seems to be a slow leak, rather than a puncture, so I pumped some air to band-aid the issue till I can get it in for repair this week... but at least this random dude saved me from getting on 35E (where it is 70+ mph) - which surely would've shredded the flat tire. He saved me some $ and some major inconvenience! I am not sure how many people would've jumped out of their car - on a state highway - on a Monday morning - when cars a whizzing by - when there is lots of slush and mess all over the road... Thanks random dude!

First Blog
I should be working on my homework right now, but I decided to create a blog instead! My A.D.D. was acting up again.
